Terms of Service

By creating an account or using HolaTrip, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HolaTrip is a tool that organizes your agency travel documents into a clear link for your traveler to open from their phone.

HolaTrip is an intermediary and organizer: it is not a travel provider nor the source of the information. It does not replace airlines, hotels, insurers or operators, and it does not validate the source content. The provider official documents and links are always the valid source; HolaTrip arranges and displays them.

HolaTrip relies on automated extraction (artificial intelligence) to read the documents uploaded by the agency. That extraction may contain errors or omissions.

It is the agent responsibility to review and confirm the extracted data before sharing the link with the traveler. HolaTrip does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the uploaded or extracted information.

The agency is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content it uploads, and for keeping its login credentials and those of its agents secure.

The agency is responsible for having the permission and legal basis to process the traveler data it uploads to the service.

HolaTrip may not be used to upload unlawful or offensive content, or third-party content without authorization, nor to attempt to breach the security of the service or the isolation between agencies.

The HolaTrip software, brand and design belong to VortexLabs. The content the agency uploads (documents, trip data) remains the property of the agency and its clients.

The agency retains ownership of the data it uploads and may request its export or deletion.

A free trial limited to a number of trips is offered to evaluate the service at no cost.

Paid plans, their prices and their billing are governed by what is stated at the time of contracting. Notice is given before any charge.

HolaTrip organizes and displays the information uploaded by the agency. It is not liable for errors in the source data or in the automated extraction, nor for the services provided by airlines, hotels, insurers or other providers.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, HolaTrip liability is limited to what the agency has paid for the service.

We strive to keep the service available continuously, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance or improvements that require brief pauses may be carried out.

The agency may close its account whenever it wishes. HolaTrip may suspend or close an account that misuses the service or breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uruguay, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of the city of Montevideo.

This does not remove the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence, which prevail where applicable.

HolaTrip may update these terms. The new version is published on this same page with its date. If you keep using the service after a change, you are deemed to accept it.
